Can i still sign up to sky without having to go for sky stream.

Hi,

I'm looking to sign up for sky but seems like the only options I can see on website is sky stream & glass I want my recordings stored locally not online and don't want to stream my content just incase there is Internet issues in the future is there no way for new customers to go to sky Q or some other option where I have my recordings stored on my box and have a dish not having to use Internet to watch channels.

Yes, you can still have Q.  Clearly they are promoting streaming options - arguably this is the future as the Satellites end of life is near.
