Can i just pay for sky f1 alone on sky q

Leaving sky because they are getting too expensive. I just want to pay for f1 but it seems I have to pay for the free channels i get elsewhere. So it's a signature sub at £25  plus the £22 for F1. £47 just to watch F1. Can I just pay for F1 and not the signature

NowTV may be the alternative...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
