Can access compensation movie till after date, what can I do?

My Broadband and phone line was switched to EE by mistake when a neighbour moved house and is being reconnected on the 2nd June, I was told I could download a free movie because of the outage but without being reconnected I can't and the deadline will have passed, any idea what I can do?

There's a limited offer for Q customers only.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I am a sky Q customer. Only my broadband and phone line was switched. My TV and mobile where still going.

You are going to be out of luck as the free film offer for Sky Q customers expires on 31st May, sadly there is nothing that you can do.

@-Angel- can you not set up a mobile hotspot on your phone and try and conect your Q box to this then download a film

Unfortunately my mobile connection isn't too good for downloading and it keeps starting and stopping. I'm eating through my rolled back data just to stay online.

Can probably "purchase" but not download and then download later.

Can't purchase as there is no internet connection to the sky Q box. Can't access the store.
