When you pay through SKY  the level just depends on other SKY add on packs :

Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard

Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the SKY HD pack

Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the  SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

So for you, you need the SKY HD add on 

The add ons of course apply to SKY content as well as opening up Netflix levels

P.S.  When you pay via SKY, you cannot, currently, add the 'extra member' add on  for use by family members not in your physical household that is availble for those paying directly to Netflix
