Can I hardwire my mini box to my main box

My main box is on wifi but I have a cat 5 cable running between my mini box and my main box, can they be connected like this? My walls are too thick for wifi to reach mini box

Hi @Vertigored   That is the recommended route. Once connected and configured, it is best to turn off the WiFi on the Mini.
