Our installation was cancelled- mid day on the day of installation.
i waited in & took a day off work.
does anyone know how to contact the installation team to understand what happened ?
and to ensure it won't happen next week when the new date has been set for .

You would need to contact the usual Customer Services number but the agent might not be able to tell you why it was cancelled at short notice. The most likely reason is the allocated engineer was delayed at an earlier job. Likewise there's no guarantee it won't happen again for that reason.
