When we are watching cinema our tv pixels ..It doesnt happen on any other channel ... any Ideas ? thanks

However, such issues are usually because of dish alignment - the movie channels seem most susceptible to small alignment issues.

We think it's the cable, the dish hadn't moved at all

A misalignment affecting only some channels would not be visible: it's millimetres of difference.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @lulu2004 Dish or cable, it doesn't matter. It sounds like you need to contact Sky to arrange for an installer to check your setup. How do you know that your satellite hasn't moved? If the cable was damaged, it would effect all channels.

Ok we will d that, the reason I thought it might be the cable that screws into the box then Hdml into the tv, when I play around with it it stops

So wiggling the HDMI connectors resolves it?
It may be the lead or the connectors have been 'damaged'. It's possible the sockets are faulty but are usually quite robust.
If it's the Sky end then they may consider replacing the box but worth trying a new lead first?
