Buying one new tv to replace one of tvs in sky multiiroom

Hi

I have sky q multiroom 3 tvs. One of my tvs needs replacing. If I buy new tv can I just connect it myself. Is it complicated? It won't be the main tv but one of the connecting ones.

hi @MAGGIER

Yes , as far as SKY Q is concerned you just unplug the HDMI from the old TV & then plug into the new TV when installed.

BTW As it is being used on a mini box you shouldn't need to play with any settings  - although if the new TV can handle Dolby Digital sound and the old one not then you may get better sound by changing this setting ,  once swapped over

No.  The only connection from the mini to the TV is the HDMI lead.

Simply remove the HDMI lead out of the old TV, replace the TV and put the lead back into the new one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
