Broken mini box not worked for last 6 weeks. Replaced now but requesting a refund for multiroom subs
Mini box not worked for last 6 wks since we moved in and hot sky q. Refund required

You would have to contact Sky and discuss the possibility of a refund but it's not guaranteed. We are mainly customers here and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Service, nor will they automatically contact you as a result of your post.

@michaelshaun As @Daniel0210 has said you would need to
contact to discuss any refund you think you are entitled to,if you mini box has not worked for 6 weeks have you reported this issues to sky from the problem started as I'm sure they will have a copy of the call logs to justify any refund.

Quite. Sky can't fix a fault if you haven't told them there's one to fix.
