Is that the correct message as SKY Q does not generate such a message
Is it possible that this message is from a Satellite tuner in your TV ?
If not that message what message is it ?

Q message would be No Satellite signal.
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

That isn't a message that your Sky box will ever display, what exactly does it say? Unless you had Openreach (or possibly Sky) fitting an outside broadband termination point and they disturbed the dish or the wiring, I can't see how having broadband fitted affects your TV. Is the Sky TV box hardwired or using WiFi?
