I have  only these options, it won't connect no matter what I try

We have Now broadband & as of this morning the sky box will not connect to the sky box. I keep putting the password in, but it says it is not correct.

I'm having the same issue, did anyone resolve this? I've tried the wps option and also tried manually putting the password in to which I get a reply saying password is incorrect when I know it's not.

Hello @Lainy @Papabrad  i had exactly the same issue. What I did was connected to my 4G hotspot on my phone. I then went through to the network reset and then connected via WPS. 

Seems to have solved my issue.

Holy crap that worked, I thought for sure that wasn't going to do it but some how it tricked the system into reconnecting. Anyone else trying it make sure you keep hotspot on whilst you reset and reconnect to your WiFi. I didnt the first time and it didn't work, second time left it on and some how it worked.
