Breakup picture quality Sky Q box

Have tried disconnecting from the mains & waiting a while before reconnecting however the problem still exists is rather annoying & not good enough everything checks out as working which it clearly isn't abysmal quality

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
