Nonsense............. The communal Integrated Reception System (IRS) installation in your building, will be owned by, and should therefore be maintained by, your building management.
If your building had an old legacy IRS installation of suitable signal quality, then your building management may have given Sky permission to install a Unitron dCSS-422 Plug-In adaptor to provide you with a suitable signal for your Sky Q receiver...............if, this adaptor has been installed, then this will be the only single component that Sky will be responsible for maintaining. This adaptor merely changes the format of the signal being fed to your Sky Q receiver, it will not be responsible for the quality of your communal IRS installation satellite transponder signals.
Your building management is responsible for maintaining every IRS installation component required to maintain the satellite transponder signal distribution quality that emerges from the wall mounted IRS media plate in your flat.
If you arrange with Sky for one of their specially trained Multiple Development Unit (MDU) engineers to attend and check the satellite transponder signals that emerge from your IRS wall mounted faceplate, they should then be able to email a PDF file copy of their Televes H30 test meter logger scan to you so that you can provide your building management with indisputable proof of what exactly is wrong with their IRS installation.
Signal Levels
o Fully data log all ports from the existing switch that will be used to provide signal and ensure all pass.
o Check the signal levels are between 65dBuV and 85dBuV from the existing switch.
o MER - >11dB
o bBER - minimum- 2.00xE-4
"If the loggers show fails there is nothing you can do to rectify the fault. Export the logger as a PDF file and send to the customer via email so they can speak to their Managing Agent (MA) so arrangements can be made to have the block serviced."

RobH3.
Sorry to read your post.
I started this thread. Not as bad as before, but I am still getting break up of pictures just on BBC channels. It only lasts for a few seconds and then everything okay for about five minutes and then it happens again.
I only have this issue on BBC channels. All other channels are good.
