Box not working properly, won’t play the channels I want to watch when I want also won’t record anyt

Struggles to play channels and will only play one channel and that's it, will only tape 1/2 a programme because it buffers for the other 1/2 so the channel is then basically paused. Permanently comes up with technical issues or limited service

@Robert6367 Have you tried rebooting your Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
