Box for my equipment
Our Sky finishes tomorrow but we haven't received any boxes to send our equipment back. We won't be in the house after the weekend so just wondering what I can do. I don't have any other boxes to send them
back myself as all my house has now been packed up. Please advise. Thank you, Bethan Gibbs

@BethG101
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q].
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

@BethG101The proof of postage mentioned is key. SKy have a nasty habit of coming back to you saying you havent returned the kit and wanting to charge you for it. Their returns system is really poor and I beleive outsourced.

Unipart are the company that deal with returns. Apparently returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed at their warehouse. My recommendation is keep the proof of posting indefinitely.
