Both my mini boxes are connected to the sky q box but i am just getting a flashing blue screen

Both my mini boxes are connected to internet and sky q box but i cannot get a picture i can see all the menus and apps but channels wont play 

the screen just flashes every 5 seconds

Hi @Mike422010   Have you tried power rebooting everything,  starting with the Main box and followed by the Mini boxes once it is fully up. It may be prudent to reboot the broadband router first to refresh its DNS.
