Both mini boxes won't reconnect after a suspected update. No amount of resetting etc,

Nothings been changed to cause this and both stopped working at the same time and neither will reconnect. I've been at this over 2 hours and losing the will to live 🤯 is anyone else experiencing this. I wondered if there had potentially been an update problem but I was watching discovery + on one box when it started buffering and crashed

Done a reactivate through the menu on the mini?

Yes multiple times, strangely while reading posts on here it suddenly came back on both boxes then crashed again within a couple of minutes 

says connected to network but not main box which is working fine

...........I didn't press anything for it to come back on or crash 🤷🏻‍♀️

Error code varies between MR104 and MR106
