Booster box won’t connect

Booster worked fine before recent holiday. Came back, not working. Turned white booster box off, then on again. All 3 lights go green. When the on-tv setup command says ‘press nearest product button’  I press booster button to flash yellow. The booster ‘connected’ light immediately goes off. Minibox doesn’t connect. The Yellow flashing light on booster box eventually goes off and the green booster ‘connected’ light comes straight back on!? (Main box in main room, everything ticked on screen.) Any ideas would help with World Cup starting & two tvs needed, lol.

Try the following- reboot your internet hub followed by your skyQ main box then your booster, and finally the mini leave for a few minutes to allow the system to stablise

When you have pressed the WPS button on the booster you have to press the WPS button on the mini as well.

You could try resetting the network connection in the settings on mini if this doesn’t work

Pretty sure that's not true. The mini automatically puts itself into WPS mode when it asks you to press the WPS button on the nearest box.

Re: Booster box won’t connect

Pushing buttons on both boxes didn’t work, same sequence. Will try network reset.

Re: Booster box won’t connect

I turned everything off & everything back on again. Was hopeful! Got a green rather than red flash on main box & all lights on on booster. But Computer said NO. Again...

BUT as you suggested, although it said it couldn’t connect the system must have stabilised coz it suddenly got further thru sequence. Hurrah!! 10 mins later it’s fully working after 5 mins of on/off.

Thanks so much.
