I have just attempted to us my Sky cinema vouchers on the vue website to book a movie.
However at the point of going to checkout, my internet connection dropped and the page never loaded to the checkout.
Now when I try and go back, the seats I chose are faded out and vouchers will not be accepted. So the request appears to have been accepted. If I go to checkout now it is showing full price and not the seats I chose originally.
The voucher checker says the are valid and in date.
any suggestions please? I just want to pre-book and get the online discount.

Please ignore above post. Issue appears to rectify itself. I am guessing that because payment wasn't made the temporary reservation cleared.
