Blocked access to Sky VIP Apple TV offer

Hi

I've been successfully using the Sky VIP Apple TV offer since January. I went to use it yesterday to find I cannot gain access. Per the information on the screen(the same information I used when initially setting up) I went through the process to reset up access using the code providing but I get a message to say I already have access and I cannot get any further with logging in. The only thing I can offer is that I had to change my apple password but would not think this would cause the problem.

Can anyone help. Thanks AY

@AlYar

Have you tried signing in to Apple TV+ on the web? If you've already activated and setup the 6 month free trail, and been using it, it should allow you to log in with your Apple ID and password. If it doesn't then you may need to change your password again then try logging in to the Apple TV+ app on the Sky Q box again.
