Blank screen for discovery plus sky q box

Hi

i also can't get onto discovery plus - when I click on the app it doesn't open it, it just says discovery plus.. that's it! Tried to turn it off checked my network .. can get on all other apps but this one.

Same here was working fine yesterday but today won't open just logo on screen and nothing happens, no spinning wheel of doom either. All other apps Netflix, Disney etc working fine. Have turned off and unplugged Sky Box and Router but no joy as yet.

It looks like a software issue for the new TNT aka BT Sports subscribers for the discovery premium access. Looks like it will need a new software update to fix this.

Same issue as everyone else using Sky Q.  The app opens but then just hangs on the Discovery+ splash screen.  The only reason that I think it might not be related to Sky is that I have the same problem on my LG smart TV and Xbox One, although Google TV and web browser on laptop is working as expected.

Yep, same here; I get the discovery+ screen, and then it goes nowhere. Tried leaving it on for 10 minutes and nothing happens. 

Don't know if it is the same issue as last time or not? Perhaps an breakdown at Discovery, or Sky haven't paid the bill? 😂😅😄

Glad the Vuelta finished yesterday! I just hope that this isn't a regular occurrance!

they say its a known issie just need to wait for  sky to sort it

you can log in on a compuer or  ipad while you wait!
