Black screen sky sports

• Customer service is never a product. Its a basic requirement and never comes to the end of its life span. I would expect something,  anything to say sorry and its fixed. Thank god world Cup or Olympics are not on sky. ,

Sky will update this thread (as we've already stated) when it has been resolved but they won't go into any details as to what went wrong or what they've done to fix it.
