My sky has stopped working, just showing black screen. Broad band on and I jabe turned everything on amd off at mains twice. Apps on working either

Ypu've posted in the Sky+ forum, but Sky+ boxes don't host any apps. Which Sky platform do you have? Sky Q? Or Sky Glass/Stream?

I been getting same error as well from today for a few hours.

powered down and up again working ok now.
