Being messed around skyQ box order

I am getting fed up with with at the moment I had problems with my old sky plus box and they said they would replace with sky Q we'll know 4 phone calls later still not getting any where they promised one date only to be told after another call to say the order  not put through so no better off

Hi @Dw58   I suspect that there is nothing that your fellow customers can do to help you. You will probably have to persevere by phone. Have you checked your Orders on My Sky.

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

We obviously can't see your Sky account or any order you've made. What's the latest information Sky have given you on a proposed date for the upgrade? Have you a question we can help with or are you just venting your frustration?

I received a email saying your sending a skyQ box i already have one and i did NOT order another dont understand why and i hope im not being billed for this i only bought sky cinema with paramount + £10 month no box

You're only telling other customers here (and on an old thread too). I'd suggest ringing Sky to clarify.
