Being charged for returned equipment
I have cancelled Sky and returned the equipment. I have proof of postage and also an email from sky confirming that the equipment has been collected by their courier.
Yet I received an email today saying that equipment has not been returned and they will charge me 270 pounds. I am unable to reach anyone by phone.
I have done all that was asked for. How do I get this sorted. Any help would be really appreciated

I have escalated this to sky

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
