Being asked for password for the first time and can’t remember it

We've been watching SkyQ for 18 months without ever being asked for a password or pin and I can't remember any password

Unless you have changed it, your pin number is usually the last 4 digits of your viewing card number. You can find your viewing card number in

Home > Settings > System info.
