@Tess+g so what happens when you press the WPS button on your other piece of Q equipment (your router if Sky is your broadband provider or the Sky Q main box)

It doesn't seem to matter what I do I end up with that Step 2 . I'm not on Sky Broadband . 
Im stuck in bed as I'm not well ....but  I've been downstairs twice to reset the router .... main tv is fine I just can't get the box to connect 

So frustrating

@Tess+g so when that message comes up you need to press the WPS button on the front of your main Q box
