Been on hold for 1 hour and then sky cut me off. I want to change my dish to a stream survive

was cut off after being on hold for 1 hour.  My dish isn't working properly so want to change to stream. But can't talk to anyone. Had an engineer round who suggested it.  Would just be nice if someone could arrange it.

@David59  You'll need to be persistant when calling, they don't just cut you off you have to go through the menu system.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
