Hi,

 

I have been getting this error message for the past 2 days.

 

I have trying resetting my internet and the hard drive on the Sky Q box, however still get the error.

 

Any advise would be much appriciated

Hi @Andrewrg Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Hi

 

It was identified that this was an issue with the communal dish, however this has since been fixed and everyone else in the building as the sky tv back.

 

We are still getting "to use this service you need a satellite signal", and no apps are working. I have tried changing the lnb type to scr and restarting but that doesn't make a difference

Hi there

 

I've been receiving this message for some time and can't access any Sky movies due to it. I've tried looking at Sky instructions online, but none seem to help, and I'm not the most experienced user, I'm afraid. I would appreciate any help anyone can provide, as I'm having trouble getting in touch with Sky to receive assistance, which I used to do easily.  I can get into Netfliz OK and also Anazon Prime to watch movies - Thanks Graham
