I can't believe Sky Q remote is not compatible to control the volume with Bang & Olufsen Beosound soundbar. You would have thought compatability would have been introduced by now. Has anyone got a fix or update for this? Trying to aviod having 2 remotes.

B&O soundbars are very high-end and very expensive. Sky Q is mass-market, mass-produced and built on a budget so I can imagine that B&O was not top of Sky's compatibility list.
In any case, if you have the soundbar connected to your TV via ARC or eARC and have CEC control turned on, then pairing your Q remote to your TV should then control the volume on the soundbar.

Totally understand your point and thank you for taking the time to answer.
Sky Q has over 30 options to link B & O products to the Sky Q remote, I just can't believe the soundbar is not one of them.

Maybe drop B&O a line and see if they can send the remote codes Sky's way?
I don't know if Sky will be receptive or not, particularly as Sky Q is very much being seen as legacy product now...
Just looking at the specs for the Beosound Stage soundbar and it appears to be Bluetooth control only and will only be controlled by a TV remote via HDMI ARC and CEC. AFAIK, Sky Q remotes only transmit infrared for controlling other devices so you may be out of luck.
