Bakhshi
Hello, my name is mehdi Bakhshi we order new packages of sky tv&bord band the tracking number was 0z298214860GB
I called your company this morning regarding the package we ordered! I was told that the driver had delivered the package and uploaded a photo. However, it is unclear to which number or unit it was delivered—there is only a single image without any further information!
We even visited three Royal Mail locations, and all of them said the package was not there. 😔
Tomorrow, an engineer is supposed to come to check our internet connection, but we have yet to receive any package from Sky!
I was told that if we haven’t received it, we should inform you so that it can be sent again

You are informing other customers here and not Sky...

You're not talking to Sky, this is a 'user helps user' forum. You'll need to phone Sky, but it will be too late tonight.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
