BT Sport on Sky

I have subscribed to BT sport through BT. They say it's activated but I can only see it on Sky Go, not on my main box. How do I get it activated in my Sky Q box ?

Hi @AW22 

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback

No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

Have you tried unplugging sky box leaving 2 mins then plugging back in?

Also if you have subscribed via BT and not Sky then you shouldnt be able to view BT sport via Sky Go as will need to use BT Sport app

looks like I'll need to call sky to get to the bottom of it

@AW22 If you pay direct to BT for BT Sports doubt there is anything Sky can do about it you would need to call BT as @nstokes says it is very strange that you can watch it on Sky Go as that is normally only available to customers who pay Sky for BT sports

Yes just realised I was still logged in on my son's sky go - I logged out and it's not there
