It was very intermittent at first but gradually got worse until a few days ago became unwatchable. We could still watch BBC1 via terrestrial Tv. Also tried a different TV which also had the pixelation so we know the Tv is ok.

Yes, tried that. Unplugged everything for 5 minutes, made no difference

No error messages, seems to be just BBC1 and BBC2, and possibly a little bit on some of the sky channels. I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly parents whom I do not live with.

They live in a retirement village, 2nd floor. I believe it is a communal setup. They don't have their own dish

I went in today and spoke with the retirement village staff, they told me yesterday a sky enginer came in and played with the software and is coming back tomorrow to do something with the dish. it appears other people were also having the same problem. Fingers crossed. thanks
