BBC HD channels - no signal - all other channels ok

Some days and many days I lose sky HD channels. BBC HD southwest is often showing no satellite signal but sometimes London or South channels work. Today none of these BBC HD channels work. Note this is not the removal of SD channels problem.

@Davebirch
Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Thank you. Connections are fine. It may be alignment so I will call engineer. Not surprising perhaps with all the bad weather / wind.

@Davebirch as I live in the Southwest I can confirm that there is no problem with BBC Southwest signal so as @Daniel0210 has suggested it must be with your set so best as you say to get the dish alignment checked 😁
