Automated answering refuses to to accept my password when i try to cancel engineer visit

Due to come tomorrow, but problem has resolved itself.

If you are phoning then make sure it is the telephone password you are providing as it might be different to your one for Sky's online services.

 

I take it you can't cancel online:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/reschedule-your-sky-tv-engineer-appointment

 

As per that link you might be charged for cancelling the day before.
