Auto-play/auto-download not working on multi-room box in bedroom

Hi all, auto-play/auto-download isn't  working on the multi-room box in my bedroom. It seems to be working fine on the main Sky Q box in the sitting room.

I've tried the obvious steps, such as updating the box's software, checking the settings are correct, and resetting the box by turning it off at the mains, but no joy.

Any other suggestions?

Any input appreciated.
