Audio description permanently ON on Sky Comedy channel

Hi Folks I had the same problem, and did what modsky suggested, click question mark on the channel and turn AD on instead and the voice over went. Thank Modsky.

Hi, I've noticed that this problem seems to only exist on Sky Comedy SD - the HD channel is ok!

I tried turning AD ON, on the Sky Comedy channel and the voice over did go off! But then it was turned on on every other channel. So annoying.

Looks like it's nothing to do with the Q box @bof @danbol @aislingdaithi @Ziggy4 

It would appear that the channel is broadcasting the Audio Description constantly.

Best to report it to Viewer relations as a channel issue.

Some customers have reported that turning the Audio Description to On when watching the channel actually turns it off.

The channel isn't broadcasting with this turned on, otherwise everyone would see it.
