Audio. Description of sky to guide

My husband has sight issues and when watching the sky to guide it used to speak what channel it was and what programme was currently on.   This is different to audio description within a programme.  It has stopped working and I cannot see how to reset it.

Hi @KJSmith   Do you mean Voice guidance. If you changed the audio format away from Normal, this would have turned this off.

Home -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Voice guidance -> On.

It is still on "on with hints".

My auntie has sight issues used this function. She's spoke to sky today and there is an issue with it. They are working on fixing the issue
