As soon as I turn on main sky box sky q boxes stop working

I have  a main sky box and 2 sky q boxes. I assume I should be able to watch sky in all 3 locations at the same time? I can be watching on the sky q boxes but as soon as I turn on the main sky box the network connection drops and the sky q boxes stop working. If I turn off the main box the the sky q boxes start working again. I have sky fibre broadband. Any help with resolving this issue would be appreciated

Having the same issue here my main box keeps freezing and my mini box won't work reset them both still nothing
