Apps suddenly stopped working on Sky Q box
I'm using a wired connection to Sky Q box and all apps were working fine until a week ago. Now when I choose any App - netflix, Prime,Disney, Paramount it briefly goes to the home screen of the app and then a black screen. I then press Home button on the remote and it goes back to the sky menu. I've tried refreshing apps from secret menu 0-0 1 but still the same!

Have you rebooted the box yet?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
