Apps buffering since switching to fibreoptic

Switched to fibreoptic a few months ago, and wish I hadn't, the apps have been buffering ever since, we've had a new hub thing sent out, has not made a difference, was told we had too many recordings, deleted them again no difference. Had nothing but issues with the apparent "faster" broadband.

Yeah, the router looks awful, its huge i preferred the black ones we had, this one has caused nothing but trouble

The white Sky Max hub is roughly the same size and form factor as the old black one, do you have the huge (heavy) cylinder style Gigafast+ hub on a City Fibre connection?

I dont know about all of that, I have a hub you plug in and a big white router, and something that was drilled onto the wall that goes to the router, its not cylinder shaoed like on the advert its rectangular
