I'm using AppleTV+ through the Sky Q app and on some programs the video does not appear - it's playing in the background but all I see is a blank screen. If I pause the program I see all the usual items and can get through all the menus etc with out issue. It's just a blank screen when I press play. It only happens on some programs, not all and I can play the same program using the TV (Samsung) app fine. It also happens on Disney+, but rarely.
All of Sky Q, Apple and Disney are set to HD only (no UHD sub on any) , but the HDMI link to the TV is set to 3840 x 2160.
Any ideas?
