Same issue here. Says unable to connect and to check internet but all other apps and downloads working fine, and internet is 1GB connected via ethernet.

When trying to access the Apple TV app through Sky, the app loads and then says 'Could not connect to Apple TV' - check your internet connection and try again.
Internet is fine. All other apps working fine through Sky - have rebooted everything and still not working?

My skyq box will not open the Apple TV app.

Same thing has happened to me this morning all other apps are working except Apple TV + which when clicked on comes up with the message could not connect to Apple TV check your internet connection and try again I have rebooted everything and still not working

Same problem for me. When I try to open Apple TV+ app via SkyQ box I get message sating it cannot connect. After 45 mins onto sky support during which we refreshed apps, rebooted the SkyQ and the router there was no solution.
all other apps are working fine and there is no broadband problem

Same for me. Rebooted the internet, app refresh and sky q software update. Still says the same message. Was working fine up to yesterday.

Same problem but is working on iPad : definitely a Sky issue.

My Apple TV app hasn't worked all working . Hopefully Sky will resolve the issue soon

I'm also having same problem. It just comes up with could not connect to Apple TV but was working fine last night and I've just paid to subscribe too so it's very frustrating

Same here, I've done everything I can think off. Hard resets and updates. Still the same. I'm having to use my Firestick to watch it now. Not ideal. Hopefully Sky get it sorted soon.
