Apple TV+ no sound on SkyQ

I tried the hold down the Samsung power button trick yesterday - it worked and is still working this evening. Let's hope it has fixed the issue 🤞. Many thanks

Glad it worked, it also works with the sky remote if it's paired to your tv   - hold the power button on until the tv turns fully off and you get the Samsung logo and it'll come back on with sound.

Literally just bought apple tv and there is no sound! Spotify is the same!!! Has this been resolved yet

Hi I am having the same problem with my skQ but my tv is a Panasonic same as others if I switch to smart tv no problem yes also cost a lot of money

I found a way to fix it but I cant for the life of me remember. It had something to do with refreshing apps on your sky box. Its a hidden menu which is stupid! But if you look it up on Google it should tell u what to do...

Yes I refresh apps but didn't work I even changed sound settings from Dolby digital to 2pcm stereo but that didn't work worth a try many thanks

Merry xmas everyone is anyone still having issues with no sound at all? The problem seems to be rectified my end i've now been watching apple tv through my sky box without any further issues so hopefully sky have finally sorted the problem out.

I've not done anything to rectify the problem i just went into the app and it worked from there so i was amazed that i have no further problems 👍 i must say that it has been a month or more since i used the app last.
