App says I have sky Q TV…I do no I only have the gigabit broadband, how do I pay and get the sky Q

Right so briefly:

I purchased gigafast broadband a while back and it's great (year ago or so)

i now want to upgrade and get the sky TV services

the app incorrectly says I already am a sky Q customer so I can't upgrade

i I have never been given a Q box and was always understanding that I only ever purchased the broadband and talk

I would like to keep the broadband and add the TV package

Hi @ross86sullivan 

Best to speak directly to Sky.   You can then establish your exact requirements and maybe do a deal.
