Anytime I want to watch on demand or download/ stream a movie, the download is stuck on 0%..

I've rebooted both SkyQ and Sky mini but issue still persists.

@HiteshT delete the download that is stuck at 0% then go into the deleted section and delete it from there then reboot your router and  box and try downloading it again 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

So I deleted any downloads that were still showing as downloading but stuck at 0%. Then I deleted them from deleted queue too. Then I rebooted all my Sky equipment and rebooted my broadband router. Still nothing downloads.
