It could be due to poor signal due to snow clouds and heavy overcast Sky.
Hiwever if the issue continues in clear skies then it could be down to slight dish misalignment and it would be best to contact Sky for an Engineer.

The weather is dry and sun out . I recently moved my tv that's all . Connect it back up the same way it was

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anthony71 If you recently reconnected the coaxial cables to your Sky Q receiver it might be worth removing them and carefully inspecting the F connector central conductor to check that it is not bent or broken off short.
