Another engineer no show to add to the community

I took a day off work to wait for a technician to arrive. No one came... At 1800 I looked on line at my orders to see the appointment was cancelled... Not by me I might add, but by sky. No call to tell me, apologise or rebook. I am very disappointed with the level of service recieved today.

You haven't said why the engineer was coming out, but you'll need to call Sky to ascertain why the no show and to rearrange.
