An outside company cancelled my broadband

Hi. An outside company has cancelled my broadband without my permission, and it has now been cut off. I have raised a complaint and would like my broadband reinstated. I still have the router etc all connected.

Hi @Doobasthemonk   Your permission is not required. The way switching works is you should have been notified that somebody is taking over your line. It is your responsibility to stop the take over by calling the number on the notification. This is the way Ofcom wanted to make switching easier.
