An engineer came and told me I need a replacement skybox. How can I get one

I suddenly could not access my apps on the Tv and the message said I needed to restart the hard disk. An engineer came and tried to restart the hard disk but it would not restart. He said I need a new skybox. How can I access a replacement skybox

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch - although I am not sure if the support team can directly order one - they should be able to advise.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

No the engineer did not replace it. He was not a sky engineer
